This is brewed true to the classic RIS style, so don’t expect a thick chewy stout, it’s full flavoured, medium bodied & brewed to perfectly complement the wine influence. The robust spicy shiraz flavours marry perfectly with the chocolate notes from the stout, while the oak aging adds another layer of complexity.
