Welcome to Bacchus Brewing Co. one of the most unique & exciting breweries in the Country. We specialise in bespoke brewing for the trade & public, reproducing favourite styles, developing house brews, reviving ancient brews & simply creating "1 off" unique beers for our bar & events around the Country. All our beers are made in single keg batches on our steam jacketed multi-vessel brewery, which enables us to make up to 12 different beers a day. On average we are producing over 3 brand new beers every week. The brewery opened in 2005 under Glenn & Karen Pope, as a brew-on-premise style brewery creating budget priced replicas of commercial beers, for the public. In 2010 the brewery was acquired by the current owner Ross Kenrick, when the focus was switched to creating our own brand of quality Craft Beers.

For 4 years we just concentrated on perfecting our craft, while supplying kegs to bars & the public. In April 2014 we were awarded Runner Up "Champion Small Australian Brewery" at the Australian International Beer Awards & in August of the same year we decided to open a Bar/Cellar Door at the brewery. Our beers can now be enjoyed at the brewery from 20 dedicated taps & huge variety of cans, while watching the brewers at their craft during the day. We are also a Cellar Door to The Granite Belts oldest (& one of the best) wineries, Ballandean Estate Wines.
If you can't make it to the brewery, you can order through our online shop. We offer flat rate shipping of just $15 (Australia Wide) on all orders & currently FREE SHIPPING on all orders of 12+ items)
Enjoy at the brewery, but you are welcome to take home any unfinished bottles. We are BYO food Monday to Wednesday, with onsite Food Trucks catering for lunch & dinner, Thursday through Sunday, with our Brewery Kitchen also open on Saturdays serving our delicious Pizzas & Sticky Pork Ribs.
