The 3 Brewmigos (AKA the Bacchus brew team, Les, Josh & Rob), are a highly skilled experimental team, formed out of working on the original Bacchus six vessel brew system. On brew day, left over wort and brew ingredients, allowed the 3 renegades to experiment with a combination of brew bases, hops and yeast, that would not normally make up a traditional brew recipe sheet. Subsequently, these beers were named (normally a convoluted process, that involves a mash up of in-jokes and puns, that only they understand) canned, expertly labelled and then made their way into the hands of staff and lucky Bacchus locals & fanatics.
By popular demand, the 3 Brewmigos were asked by Ross (may have been under the influence at the time), to recreate some of our Brewmigo favourites and make them available to the general public. Although nothing was ever recorded and no one remembers what actually goes into these beers (not even the Brewmigos!), we have reversed engineered some of our classic blends to bring you some Brewmigo Bangers.
