Muddy Waters (Alc 8.1%) 370mL bottle. A collaboration brew for Brumalia 2015 between Bacchus & Ekim Brewing Co. It was an American Brown Ale, soured with an Oud Bruin yeast blend for 12 months in American oak barrels. A further 10 years of aging has seen the hop character fade, letting the aged souring complexity come to the fore. Fruity, tart & a touch of funk, the beer is drinking superbly.
