Using an Imperial Gose base we first brewed this special Star Wars themed beer for a “May The Fourth” release.  Peanuts & carefully selected Coffee Beans have been infused into the beer bringing you this match made in heaven. The saline/lactic character of the Gose has been dialled back to give the perfect balance to this Imperial Ale.
